Neuraken AutoPost — Terms of Service

Welcome to Neuraken AutoPost (“AutoPost”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services available at autopost.neuraken.com (the “Service”).
By creating an account or using AutoPost, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Description of the Service

Neuraken AutoPost is a social media scheduling and posting management platform.

• Managing and editing your content calendar

• Analytics, collaboration, and other related tools

We may update or change features at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Social Media Integration

When connecting your social media accounts, you grant AutoPost permission (via OAuth/API) to:

• Access scheduled or drafted content

We never store your social media passwords.

You are responsible for complying with each platform’s terms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights

• Post harmful, abusive, harassing, or unlawful content

• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious scripts

• Interfere with or disrupt AutoPost’s systems

• Attempt to access non-public parts of the platform

• Circumvent rate limits, technical restrictions, or API policies

• Automate social media activity in ways prohibited by the respective platform

We reserve the right to block or remove content that violates these Terms.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload, schedule, or publish.

By using the Service, you grant AutoPost a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to:

• Store your content

• Process it for scheduling

• Publish it to your connected social networks

This license exists only to operate the Service and ends when you delete your content or account (subject to backups/log retention).

You confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content you upload,

• Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

7. Payment & Billing 

AutoPost offers paid plans, you agree to the pricing, billing cycles, and refund rules shown during checkout.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance.

• Plans automatically renew unless canceled.

• We may adjust pricing with prior notice.

Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse the Service

• Required by law or security concerns

Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform ends

• Scheduled posts may be canceled

• Certain data may be retained for legal or security reasons

9. Intellectual Property

All AutoPost software, trademarks, branding, code, documentation, and interfaces are owned by Neuraken AutoPost or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy

• Modify

• Reverse-engineer

• Redistribute

• Sell
  any part of the Service without our written consent.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using AutoPost, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will be:

• Uninterrupted

• Secure

• Compatible with all devices or browsers

We may perform maintenance, suspend services, or introduce changes without liability.

We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for:

14. Limitation of Liability

• AutoPost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or system failures.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months, or $0 if you use the free plan.

Some jurisdictions do not allow some limitations; your rights may vary.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neuraken AutoPost, its owners, affiliates, and staff from any claims arising from:

• Your content

• Your violation of laws or these Terms
